Why FLOWmeditation

After a severe anxiety attack, Clem sought help knowing that if left unchecked, it would continue to manifest into worse physical pain or disease.

She was referred to James Brown by a life and spiritual coach.  James is the founder of Flow Meditation and one of the world’s leading experts in the ancient practice of Vedic Meditation, from which the Flow program was developed. Over the last decade James has taught thousands of busy people from all walks of life to meditate and has led courses and workshops at some of the world's coolest conferences and at companies across the country, including some of Silicon Valley’s most innovative firms and is also a presenter at Wanderlust festivals.

Improvements in life and mind clarity, calm, increased happiness, and heightened self-awareness, Clem and Alfred have decided to become affiliate partners with James because we believe this work is so needed in today's society of stress and overwhelm.  Meditation is the gym for our minds!

About FLOWmeditation

Unlock a life of less grind and more flow.

"I created this program to help you get out of your head and into the flow of life." - James Brown

Less Stress = More Flow

Stress sends the brain into Fight or Flight mode which floods the body with cortisol hormones that make it difficult to burn fat and slows metabolism down.  Relaxed, at ease, and at peace, your body can process calories. heal, repair, renew, and regenerate more effectively.

Fight-or-Flight vs Stay-and-Play

Chronic stress - it's killing you and making life suck in the process.

Getting stressed now and then is annoying. Staying stressed is hazardous to your health. Scientists at Harvard, JAMA and other researchers estimate that chronic stress is either a cause or aggravating factor for over 80% of people suffering from physical and mental illness such as cancer, heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, asthma, insomnia, allergies, migraines, back pain, eczema and other skin issues, anxiety disorders, ADHD, suicide, depression, autoimmune disorders, ulcers, IBS...the list goes on and on.
