Personal Training is not a loose weight overnight magic pill. Personal Training helps you through the process of renewing your mind to live healthy and renewing the body to be healthy. Creating new habits is not easy or instant, but having a tour guide on this journey who knows the way helps you overcome many challenges, mistakes, and detours.
60 min. Session Packages:
1 Session- $75hr. Plus tax.
8 sessions- Twice a week, one package a month. $65 a session= $520.
12 sessions- Twice or three times a week, one & half month. $60 a session= $720
DUAL SHARED TRAINING is discounted even lower to $45 per person. Must inquire and speak with personal trainer to purchase.
